This doesn't have to be your path. It can be easier. I chose to become a Women & Millennial Therapist to support you through your mental health journey so you could get to your dream life quicker and avoid the mistakes I made.
Sign me up, Sis!
While trying to figure life out, I've made unhealthy, impulsive decisions, mishandled conflicts, ended close relationships and was unhappy in my career. I put my mental wellness on the back burner not knowing that it was a direct connection to my struggles. I realized there had to be more to life and that I needed to completely revamp my mindset and focus on my mental health to enable me to have positive results in life.
This positive lifestyle shift resulted in me controlling my own daily schedule, transitioning from single life to married, mom life and building a successful business/private practice while working the career of my dreams, bringing in multiple streams of income...all from the comfort of my home office & under the age of 35!
You deserve to live a life you love, however that won’t be possible if you don’t have the tools and resources to support you in that goal. Luckily for you, I have those tools, and I’m ready to help.
Throughout my years of working with Women & Millennials, I've discovered that group settings are great for motivation and accountability, but the 1-on-1 interaction is where the magic happens. Having diverse approaches gives you options and enables me to assess which approach is yielding the best results for you. Flexibility is key to transformation and growth.
I am usually perceptive, inventive, and forward-thinking, lacking patience, and often thinking out loud.
As a Type Eight, I am self-confident, powerful, and assertive. I’m energized by unconventional conversations and making difficult decisions.
As an ESTJ, I tend to be organized, loyal, and hard-working. I’m very principled and thrive when helping and encouraging others to follow a set of beliefs and values.
My personality types give you some insight on me as a person, and it’ll give you some background on how I work as a therapist.
